Trust
Editorial policy
Vendors cannot buy a better write-up. Affiliate status, if we ever have it, never changes what a page says.
Independence
AIHunterLabs is an independent research publication. No vendor owns, funds or reviews our pages. We do not accept payment, free plans or other benefits in exchange for coverage or a changed price. Vendors can send primary sources through the contact page; we check them like any other source.
Affiliate policy
Today every outbound link is a plain link and we earn nothing from them. Several tools we cover run affiliate programmes and we may join some. If we do, those links will go through a first-party /go/ address, carry rel="sponsored nofollow", and be disclosed next to the first such link on the page. Affiliate status never changes a price, a comparison or a conclusion. See the affiliate disclosure.
How pages are written
- Answer first. The conclusion comes at the top, followed by the evidence and then the detail.
- Sourced facts. Key facts carry a source link and the date it was read.
- Labelled opinion. Opinion is marked as ours. A vendor claim is marked as the vendor's claim.
- No hands-on tests. We do not present a page as the result of our own product testing. See how we research.
Update cadence
- Prices and plans: re-checked every 30 days.
- Product changes, launches and shutdowns: recorded on the change log when we find them.
- Guides and comparisons: updated when a fact in them changes. A page only gets a new date when something was actually re-checked.
Corrections
If we get something wrong we fix it, change the date and record it on the corrections log. Substantive changes are dated, not silently overwritten. To report an error, use the contact page.
Authorship
Pages are published under the AIHunterLabs editorial team. We do not use personal bylines or invented reviewer profiles.
