Beautiful.ai builds slides with layouts that adjust as you add content. Its pricing page (29 Sep 2026, USD) lists Pro for individuals at $14.50 a month billed annually ($174 a year) and a one-month Pro option at $45 for single projects. Teams cost $40 per user a month billed annually or $50 billed monthly. There is a 14-day free trial. If you need a deck once, the $45 month is cheaper than the annual plan; break-even is about 3.9 months.

Plans

PlanPriceIncludes
Pro, annual$14.50 a month ($174 a year)Unlimited AI content generation, 300+ Smart Slide layouts, PowerPoint import and export, custom themes, AI images and translation
Pro, one month$45Same as Pro, cancel anytime, meant for ad hoc projects
Teams$40 per user a month annual, $50 monthlyShared library, real-time editing, version control and locked slides, analytics, slide translation
EnterpriseCustomSSO, SCIM, audit logs, brand guardrails

The page states Teams two ways: the plan card reads “$40 a month (includes 3 users)” while the text above says teams of 2 to 20 pay $40 per user; confirm which applies before buying.

Break-even, our arithmetic

  • $174 a year against $45 a month: 174 / 45 = 3.87, so the annual plan is cheaper from the fourth paid month.
  • Over a full year, monthly $45 would total $540, which is 3.1 times the annual price.

Who it suits, who should skip

  • Suits anyone who wants automatic layout and does not want to format by hand; the one-month option fits a single pitch.
  • Suits Teams for shared brand templates and locked slides.
  • Skip if you prefer prompt-to-deck generation and web sharing: see Gamma, which lists a Free plan.
  • Skip if you want complete design control: automatic layouts trade that away by design.

What this page cannot tell you

How the auto-layouts look on your content and how good the AI drafting is are not on a pricing page and we have not assessed them. Earlier text said it saves hours a deck; we could not source that and removed it.

Method

Researched from Beautiful.ai’s pricing page, read 29 Sep 2026 in a browser session. USD as displayed. Break-even is our arithmetic. Nothing here comes from using the product.

Update log

  1. Rewritten from Beautiful.ai's pricing page: removed 'best for people who hate formatting', 'saves hours per deck' and the old price table; added Pro annual versus one-month break-even, Teams pricing and the 14-day trial.
