Suno’s commercial rights start at Pro. On 29 Sep 2026 its pricing page listed Free at 0 with 50 credits a day, no monthly song downloads and “no commercial rights”; Pro with 2,500 credits and 20 downloads a month; and Premier with 10,000 credits and 60 downloads. Billed yearly, Pro is $8 a month and Premier $24 in the US, and EUR 7.20 and EUR 22 on the Netherlands page (regional prices, before tax); billed monthly the Netherlands page shows EUR 9 and EUR 28. The page adds that commercial use is subject to the terms of service. If you plan to publish songs, a free-tier song is not cleared for that use.

Plans

PlanPrice a month: US dollars, yearly billing; Netherlands euros, yearly / monthly billingCreditsSong downloadsCommercial rightsModels and extras
Free$0 / 050 a daynone monthlyNov6-mini, 4 songs in a shared queue, upload up to 8 minutes of audio
Pro$8; EUR 7.20 / EUR 92,500 a month20 a monthYesv6 and v6-wild, priority queue (10 songs at once), 2 stem-separation types, custom models, extra credits purchasable
Premier$24; EUR 22 / EUR 2810,000 a month60 a monthYesEverything in Pro, Suno Studio (MIDI, effects, automation), 3 stem types, upload up to 30 minutes, add vocals or instrumentals

The page says billing yearly saves EUR 21.60 on Pro and EUR 72 on Premier, and its monthly toggle shows EUR 9 and EUR 28 (9 x 12 minus 7.20 x 12 is 21.60; 28 x 12 minus 22 x 12 is 72). The US page says annual plans save 20 percent; we did not read a US monthly price, so a monthly dollar figure would be our extrapolation and is not quoted. Subscription credits do not carry over; top-up credits do not expire but need an active subscription.

Two ceilings that matter

Credits and downloads are separate limits. On Pro, 20 downloads a month is the tighter one if you make many songs and keep few, and the page sells extra downloads. The page does not say how many credits one song uses, so we do not convert credits to songs.

Who it suits, who should skip

  • Free is for trying it: no downloads and no commercial rights, per the page.
  • Pro suits creators who need a few cleared tracks a month.
  • Premier is for people who use the Studio editor or need 60 downloads.
  • Skip if you need guaranteed copyright ownership: a licence from Suno is not the same as legal protection, see Can you use AI output commercially. For spoken audio instead, see ElevenLabs and the voice tools hub.

What this page cannot tell you

Song quality, vocal realism and the terms behind the commercial-rights line are not on the pricing page, and we have not assessed them; read Suno’s terms before monetising. Earlier text called Suno the most accessible and praised a quality leap; we could not source either.

Method

Researched from Suno’s pricing page, read 29 Sep 2026 in a browser session in the Netherlands (euro prices, both billing toggles read) and through a US fetch for the dollar prices. Nothing here comes from using the product.

Update log

  1. Rewritten from Suno's pricing page: removed 'most accessible', the V4 quality claim and the '5 generations a day' Free limit; added credits and downloads per plan, the commercial-rights line, euro prices on both billing toggles, the US dollar prices and the terms caveat. Audit 29 Sep: the old $8 Pro and $24 Premier figures match the US annual prices and are restored, labelled as annual.
