Zapier’s pricing page (read 29 Sep 2026, USD) shows Free at $0 for 100 tasks a month, Professional from $19.99 a month billed yearly ($29.99 billed monthly) and Team from $69 yearly ($103.50 monthly). The yearly toggle is labelled “save 33%”. All prices are “starting from” figures at the smallest task allowance on the slider, so the bill rises as you pick more tasks. There is no longer a Starter tier on the page. Free is limited to two-step Zaps; multi-step Zaps begin on Professional.
Plans
| Plan | Yearly billing | Monthly billing | Key features listed |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | 100 tasks a month, unlimited Zaps, Tables and Forms, two-step Zaps, Copilot |
| Professional | from $19.99 | from $29.99 | Multi-step Zaps, unlimited premium apps, webhooks, email and chat support, AI fields, conditional form logic |
| Team | from $69 | from $103.50 | 25 users, shared Zaps and folders, shared app connections, SAML SSO, priority support |
| Enterprise | Contact sales | Contact sales | Unlimited users, advanced admin permissions, annual task limits, observability, technical account manager |
Yearly saves $10 a month on Professional and $34.50 on Team at the starting allowance (our arithmetic from the two toggles).
How tasks are counted
The page says every step in a Zap and every external connector call uses tasks, and that the rate varies with the AI model tier, code runtime and connector type. A “New” banner says AI steps, code and the SDK now follow the same task-based model and draw from one shared task pool, with no separate budget per product. So a long Zap uses more of the allowance per run; the page points to a task-usage-rates page for exact rates, which we did not read.
Who it suits, who should skip
- Free suits simple two-step links (form to spreadsheet, for example) at up to 100 tasks a month.
- Professional is the entry for multi-step logic and webhooks.
- Team is priced for shared work: 25 users and SAML SSO.
- Skip if you run many multi-step automations at volume: a per-step meter costs more than one that counts whole runs. Compare n8n and Make; the Make vs Zapier guide covers both.
- Look at Lindy or Gumloop if the job is an AI agent rather than a fixed sequence.
What this page cannot tell you
App-library quality and reliability are not on the pricing page, and we have not assessed them. The page names 9,000+ apps in a description of its SDK, not as a count for the Zap builder, so we quote no integration total. Earlier text on this page listed 750 and 2,000 task tiers that we could not find on the current page and removed.
