AirOps review

AirOps has repositioned. In June this review described a workflow tool for SEO content; on 29 Sep 2026 the homepage headline was “Run the strategy that wins AI discovery” and the pricing page was titled “AI Search for Enterprise”. The page as rendered in a browser showed no plan cards or dollar prices, only a prompt to talk to the team. An automated fetch of the same address returned a plan list (Solo, Pro, both “free to start”, and a custom Enterprise). The two readings disagree, so we quote no plan price. If you want to budget from a public number, this is not the page to do it from.

What the two readings of the pricing page showed

ItemBrowser readingAutomated fetch
Plan cardsNone; text says the team will “meet you where you are”Solo, Pro, Enterprise
PricesNoneSolo and Pro “free to start”; Enterprise custom; overage $0.025 per extra task on Solo
LimitsNoneSolo 35,000 tasks a month; Pro 100,000 tasks a month
TrialNot shown“14-day free trial with all Scale plan features”, although no Scale plan is listed

Treat the right-hand column as unconfirmed: a plan that is “free to start” without a price, and a trial naming a plan that is not listed, suggest the page was mid-change. Our June table (Starter $49, Growth $199, Scale $499) appears on neither reading and is removed.

Who it suits, who should skip

  • Suits a marketing team that wants a vendor to run an AI-search visibility programme alongside it and will talk to sales first.
  • Skip if you want a self-serve workflow builder with a price you can read: Gumloop lists Pro from $37 a month, and n8n is a general workflow tool.
  • Compare other visibility trackers in our AI visibility tools roundup.

What this page cannot tell you

Whether the older content-workflow product is still sold, how AirOps performs at improving AI search visibility, and the real plan prices are not established on the pages we read. Earlier text called it a tool for content at scale with custom pipelines; the homepage no longer frames it that way.

Method

Researched from AirOps’s homepage and pricing page, read 29 Sep 2026 in a browser and by an automated fetch. Nothing here comes from using the product.

Update log

  1. Rewritten from AirOps's homepage and pricing page: the product is now described as AI discovery strategy, and the pricing page no longer matches the June table (Starter $49, Growth $199, Scale $499), which is removed. Two readings of the pricing page disagree, both stated.
