On 29 Sep 2026 its pricing page showed Free ($0, “unlimited transcription” with an asterisk, limited AI summaries, 400 minutes of storage per team, 20 AI credits), Pro at $10 a seat a month billed annually (unlimited summaries, 8,000 minutes of storage per seat), Business at $19 (unlimited storage, 30 AI credits) and Enterprise at $39, annual only (50 AI credits). Recordings are capped at 2 hours on Free and Pro, 3 on Business and 4 on Enterprise. Billed monthly, the page’s own toggle shows Pro at $18 a seat and Business at $29 (rechecked with the toggle set to monthly); Enterprise is annual only.

Pro’s 8,000 minutes of storage is about 133 hours a seat. The asterisk on the free plan’s unlimited transcription is not explained in the text we could read, so check the footnote before relying on it. The plan cards do not say what an “AI credit” buys.
Cost for a team
Our arithmetic on annual billing: Pro is $120 a seat a year ($600 for five seats) and Business $228 ($1,140 for five). Otter’s comparable per-seat prices and limits are in Otter against Fireflies against Descript.
What the pricing page cannot answer
Transcript accuracy, summary quality and the depth of CRM syncing are not on a pricing page, and we have not assessed them. The page lists unlimited integrations on Pro but does not name them in the text we read, so check that your CRM is supported.
