Wispr Flow is a dictation app that types into any app. Its pricing page (29 Sep 2026, Netherlands session) shows Free at EUR 0 with 2,000 words a week on desktop and 1,000 a week on mobile, Pro at EUR 12 per user a month with unlimited dictation, and Growth at EUR 18 with SSO and HIPAA options. Dictation runs on Mac, Windows, iOS and Android, and a separate Notetaker for meetings is Mac and Windows only. Read from a US session the same page shows dollars: Pro $15 a user monthly or $12 billed annually, Growth $23 monthly or $18 annual (the page shows a struck-through $33 and $26 beside the Growth prices). So the euro 12 and 18 are the annual-billing figures.
Plans

| Growth | EUR 18 annual ($18 annual, $23 monthly) | Everything in Pro plus SAML SSO, org-wide HIPAA enforcement with a signed BAA, admin tools | Unlimited (add-on) |

Euro figures are what a Dutch visitor sees, and they match the annual-billing dollar figures ($12, $18) one for one; monthly billing is $15 and $23 in the US view (12 x 1.25 = 15, so annual is the 20 percent discount). The Dutch page did not change its numbers when the Monthly/Annual switch was clicked, so its euro figures are best read as annual.
Who it suits, who should skip
- Suits people who write a lot by voice across email, chat and documents and hit the 2,000-word weekly cap on Free within a few days.
- Suits Growth for teams that need SSO or a signed BAA; Pro does not list them.
- Skip if you dictate rarely: the free cap may cover you. If your need is transcribing meetings, compare Granola, or reading aloud, Speechify.
What this page cannot tell you
Accuracy, the “learns your names and jargon” behaviour and latency are not on a pricing page and we have not measured them. Earlier text said best available and Mac only; we removed both.
Method
Researched from Wispr Flow’s pricing page, read 29 Sep 2026 in a browser session. Dutch-visitor euros were read in the browser; dollar figures come from a US fetch of the same page. Nothing here comes from using the product.
