Granola review

Granola records meetings from your device audio, with no bot joining the call, and writes AI notes. Its pricing page (29 Sep 2026, USD) shows Basic at $0 with 30 days of meeting history, Business at $14 per user a month and Enterprise at $35. The step to Business buys unlimited history, integrations (Notion, Zapier, HubSpot and others), API access and MCP integration. The page prices every plan “per user per month” and mentions no annual option or billing toggle, so we read $14 and $35 as the listed monthly rate. If you keep few meetings, the free plan may do.

Who it suits, who should skip

  • Suits people who want meeting notes without a bot in the call and who will search past meetings: that is Business.
  • Skip Basic if you need notes older than 30 days.
  • Skip Enterprise unless you need SSO or admin controls: it costs $21 more per user a month than Business (35 minus 14, our arithmetic).
  • Alternatives for a workspace-wide agent are Notion AI, and for dictation rather than meetings Wispr Flow.

What this page cannot tell you

How accurate the summaries are and how the app handles noisy audio are not on a pricing page and we have not assessed them. Earlier text called it brilliant and elegant; that was opinion and is removed.

Method

Researched from Granola’s pricing page, read 29 Sep 2026 in a browser session. USD as displayed. Nothing here comes from using the product.

Update log

  1. Rewritten from Granola's pricing page: removed 'hybrid note-taking is brilliant', 'minimal and elegant' and the old table; added the Basic, Business and Enterprise split (30-day history, integrations, MCP and API on Business).
  2. Audit: billing basis stated as the page words it (per user per month, no annual option shown); MCP and Salesforce rows corrected.
