Relevance AI review

Relevance AI sells a platform for building AI agents (“AI Workforce”). Its pricing page, read on 29 Sep 2026, listed a single Enterprise tier with custom pricing and a “Talk to sales” button, and no public dollar prices. The Enterprise list names unlimited agents, tools, users, projects and workforces, 2,000+ integrations, calling and meeting agents, SSO, role-based access and audit logs. After dismissing the cookie banner and re-reading, the page still shows no self-serve plan or price, so we quote none. If you need a published price to budget from, look at a tool that lists one.

What the pricing page lists

ItemListed on the page
TierEnterprise, custom pricing, contact sales
CapacityUnlimited agents and tools, users and projects, workforces
Integrations2,000+
Agent typesCalling and meeting agents, enterprise triggers
Quality toolsAgent evaluations, A/B testing and analytics
Security and adminSSO, RBAC and audit logs, dedicated account manager
Billing units“Custom Actions” and “Custom Vendor Credits”

The page’s FAQ was expanded on the re-read. “How do I get started?” answers: talk to the sales team to find the right plan and book a call. “Is the BDR agent included?” answers that curated multi-agent systems such as the BDR agent are available via the sales team. The cookie banner was dismissed (Decline all) and the page was read again: still one Enterprise tier, no other plan, no price and no free or self-serve option anywhere on it.

Who it suits, who should skip

  • Suits organisations that want a sales-led agent platform with governance features and can negotiate a contract.
  • Skip if you need transparent, self-serve pricing: Lindy and Zapier publish per-seat or per-task prices, and Gumloop is another agent builder to compare (Gumloop lists Pro from $37 a month). Relay.app, once an option, has shut down.

What this page cannot tell you

Whether agents built here work reliably, and how “Custom Actions” convert to money, is not on the pricing page and we have not assessed it. Earlier text called multi-agent collaboration effective; we could not source that and removed it. Earlier plan prices are removed too, since the page no longer showed them.

Method

Researched from Relevance AI’s pricing page, read 29 Sep 2026 in a browser session. Nothing here comes from using the product.

Update log

  1. Rewritten from Relevance AI's pricing page: removed 'Agent Fleets concept is innovative', 'multi-agent collaboration actually works' and the old plan and price table, because the page as read shows only an Enterprise tier with custom pricing and no listed prices.
  2. Audit: cookie banner declined and page re-read, FAQ answers expanded; still one Enterprise tier, no prices.
