Semrush sells SEO and AI-search visibility tracking in four paid plans. In a Netherlands session on 29 Sep 2026 the page showed EUR 112.52 (SEO), 158.40 (Starter), 238 (Pro+) and 436.99 (Advanced) a month billed annually, each with a higher price shown for month-to-month billing. The main difference is scale: 5, 5, 15 and 40 websites and 500, 500, 1,500 and 5,000 keywords tracked daily. A Free plan gives one demo project. Extra users start at EUR 43 a month.

Euro prices are regional; the page gave no US dollar edition. Enterprise is custom. Add-ons: Base Report EUR 9.59 a month, Pro Report EUR 19.18, Lead Generation EUR 86.31.

Cost per tracked keyword

Our arithmetic on the annual-billing prices, per 100 daily tracked keywords a month:

PlanEUR per 100 keywords
SEO22.50
Starter31.68
Pro+15.87
Advanced8.74

Advanced costs under 40 percent of the SEO plan per tracked keyword, but only pays off if you actually track thousands.

What each step adds, per the page

  • Starter adds keyword research and competitor tools, MCP access and 300 AI visibility reports a day.
  • Pro+ adds historical SEO data, content optimisation, keyword cannibalisation analysis and multi-location tracking.
  • Advanced adds SEO share of voice and API data integration.

Who it suits, who should skip

  • Suits agencies and in-house teams that track many sites and keywords and need competitor data in one place.
  • Skip if you run one small site: the cheapest plan is EUR 112.52 a month, and a solo site rarely needs 500 daily keywords. Compare Search Atlas or a rank tracker priced by keyword.

What this page cannot tell you

How accurate its keyword volumes or AI visibility numbers are is not on the pricing page, and we have not tested them. Earlier text called competitive intelligence “deep” and the keyword tool “unmatched”; we removed both as unsourced.

Method

Researched from Semrush’s pricing page on 29 Sep 2026, with the monthly-billing prices the page shows beside each plan. Cost per keyword is our arithmetic. Nothing here comes from using the product.

Update log

  1. Rewritten from Semrush's pricing page: removed 'most comprehensive', 'Keyword Magic Tool is unmatched' and the old plan table; replaced with the four current plans, limits, add-on prices and a cost-per-tracked-keyword table.
